Three pillars
Evidence based knowledge must contain three basic pillars: Knowledge based on research, experience-based knowledge imparted by clients and relatives, and experience-based knowledge from employees within the field of practice.
Panel of Experts
The Advisory Unit is to collaborate with organizations for clients and relatives in order to impart their knowledge and expertise to professionals and agents within the field. In collaboration with several organizations of this kind, as well as with social entrepreneurs and professional organizations, the unit has established a panel of experts where members can share experience as well as debate and discuss central issues within the field of concurrent substance abuse and mental health disorders.
